Just Love Coffee Cafe, which serves gourmet omelets, breakfast burritos, waffles, and more, opened its doors at 273 Broad St. in Matawan on Monday, Aug. 8, the outlet says.

The company already is considering expanding in New Jersey.

Tory Lentini, son of franchise owner Scott Lentini, told NJ Advance Media that two more Garden State locations are planned — in Long Branch and New Brunswick.

After the company first started to franchise in 2018, Just Love Coffee opened 27 locations nationwide, with 18 additional locations planned, its website says.

Customers can also buy Just Love Coffee's products online:

The atmosphere that makes Just Love Coffee Cafe special "was created to be a complete 180 from the stuffy reputation that specialty coffee shops rightly or wrongly deserve," the chain says.
